Lily: a Micro COM Express™ Type 2 Carrier Board for Woodpecker Computer Modules
The Lily Micro COM Express™ carrier board for Woodpecker computer modules comes with a long term availability for a wide range of industrial applications. Lily is designed to be a flexible environment for exploring the functionality and performance of the Woodpecker product family.
It can be used with the Woodpecker Z530, Woodpecker Z510, or any Micro Com Express™ type 2 compatible computer module from third party manufacturers.
Connectivity
Lily offers Gigabit LAN, four USB Host, USB Client, as well as a PCI Express and Express Card expansion slot.
Storage
Hard Disk Drives, other storage media, and expansion cards can be connected via 2 SATA, a PATA / IDE port an SD/SDIO (4 Bit) or an MMC (8 Bit).
Multimedia
A DVI output (HDMI ready, with optional analog interface) with converter, VGA analog output, and LVDS Expander, and a HD Audio Codec (7.1) provides interesting functionality for multimedia applications.
Power Supply
Lily's on-board power supply works with 12V input voltage and delivers up to 140 Watts to cover a large number of peripherals devices without the need of spending extra budget on an additional external ATX power supply.
FPGA on Board
An integrated XILINX Spartan FPGA can be directly accessed and programmed for demanding data processing.
Flexibility and Second Source
The Lily computer board is fully COM Express™ type 2 compatible and can be used as a replacement for COM Express™ or ETXExpress® boards from other manufacturers.
