in iris 1.1 and col t20 board some beep sound is coming we are using tegra 1.4 image

is this sound only happening with that specific module? Since there is any buzzer on the Iris carrier board, I have to assume that the noise you are hearing is coming from the DC/Dc inductors. Normally this is not an issue, some board can be a bit noisy.
Could you please provide me the serial number of the Iris carrier board and of the module which is giving you this issue?
Do you know how long ago have you ordered these products?
