recorded video is moving vertically with some green line.

my problem get solved at that time.[ i2cset -f 3 0x21 244 0x1d b ]
But once i reset/power on again it working with the same problem.how it can be recognized permanently.

One possible solution would be to put the command in a script and have the script executed automatically at startup.
