How can I check if the device reboot occurred as a result of activating the HW watchdog ?

Please download Tegra 3 TRM from Nvidia Reference and refer section CLK_RST_CONTROLLER_RST_SOURCE_0 and Watchdog Timer Programming Guide to getting know the last reset cause.
