I was tested rtcsync.exe application and when I change time/date in the Windows CE data/time properties. The rtcsync.exe changed rtc M41T0 registers but when I read registers the hour is like -1 my UTC +/- 0.

RTC 0x00 0x03 0x09 ← should be 0x10
Next I was modify RTC registers then reboot and rtcsync.exe don’t synchronise windows data and time.
Where is the problem?
