Visual Studio 2015 & Platform Builder

Hello,

I installed Visual Studio 2015, Application builder and Toradex SDK for CE8 2.1. Unfortunately I cannot open the os design using .pbxml file. It looks like the platform builder is not installed yet. I tried to search for that but no luck. could you please advice.

To get platform builder you need to install this → https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=39268

You will have to contact Microsoft to get licencing details.
