Dear Ajaykumar,

Have you tried to power cycle after the recovery? Does the LEDs from the Ethernet connector turn on? What does the output of ifconfig state? Do you confirm then that with the same setup, switching modules, the Ethernet works?

Do you confirm then that with the same setup, switching modules, the Ethernet works?
yes another modules working fine past 1week i am working on that only…

Power cycle is basically to turn off and on the module (which I guess you did since you swapped the modules).

Could you try to reflash the original Toradex image for iMX7? Make sure you select the emmc one.

For this first you will have to switch to recovery mode and launch Toradex Easy Installer from the PC. Then, reflash the image.

Also, could you please confirm that the LEDs from Ethernet turn on when using another module?

yes…, working fine in another module …, LED is ON…

HI Ajay
Could you disconnect and connect the Ethernet cable and see if there is a message on the console?

What is the Iris Board connected to? Did you flash the same Image on working and non working module?

can you guide me…how to check BSP in working and non working module.

Exactly. Could you please try both modules in Viola board? Also, please try to use the “Add comment” button for adding information to a particular answer, rather than creating a new answer. Thanks.

one more doubt ., we have volia board too…, in that JP1…2&3 should short for Ethernet port to work… i am right??

Thanks for the answer.

For the bsp checking, you can type uname -r.

Yes…, i tried both modules in viola board and working one Ethernet LED is glow brightly and i am able to connect…,

but non working modules ethernet LED glow dim(not properly glowing)… please find dim LED glow image…][1]

i scanned IP through IP Scanner application… working module its detected and non working modules not detected.

I have seen that on the working module you have installed the Bsp 2.8b2.97 20180331. Could you install this on the non-working module too and check if this helps?

Additionally can you send the picture of your JP1 settings?
Thanks

hi…, good morning,
we installed 2.8b2 still problem remains same…,
please find log and JP1 of Voila Board…
and JP2 of iris board
