I have used High performance, low power Embedded Computing Systems | Toradex Developer Center and High performance, low power Embedded Computing Systems | Toradex Developer Center and poweroff is happening. when i initiate shutdown it shutdowns immediately but the complete power off it is taking 45 seconds to one minute. Is there any settings regarding reducing the power-off time
I would assume there being some issue in a service shutting down. Can you post complete serial console boot resp. shutdown log plus journalctl -b -1 output once you re-booted.

It could be that snapd is the culprit. Can you try disable snapd?
systemctl disable snapd
systemctl stop snapd

It is working and now it is taking less than 3 seconds to poweroff.
can you brief on snapd and what is its significance ?
