Please find out here what eMMC chip installed on your module. Than you can find a datasheet on a manufacturer website.

Yes, this may be done e.g. from within U-Boot with the mmc hwpartition resp. mmc bootpart-resize commands.

Usually, enabling write reliability aka pseudo single-level cell (pSLC) mode will about half the total available capacity. Further note that all those configurations are one-time-only and can not ever be reverted, changed or anything again! So please do your research and choose wisely…
