I´m trying to set up an ad hoc network with the colibri vf61. I´ve tried several usb wifi adapters. Most of the time I get this error:
root@colibri-vf: connmanctl tether wifi on mySSID myPassword
Wifi SSID set
Wifi passphrase set
Error enabling wifi tethering: Not supported
With the ASUS WL-167g it seems to work. I see the network but cant connect to it. It says “invalid password”. This can not be the problem. I typed the password correctly.
This is the output of lsusb:

Do you know this issue, or do you know how to set up an ad hoc network? Maybe I should not use connmanctl?
