Issue with Reading Binary file in Toradex_CE Platform

I read Binary file in my windows CE7 application . when same Hex byte will coming sequentially one byte will skip .
e.g: 59 59 is same byte sequence …while reading only one byte received .its 59 .
Is there any problem while reading bin using fread function .
Please suggest option.

There is no known issue with file reading. Please attach a demo application and your binary file which allows us to reproduce your problem.

Right Now Issue is solved…actually Data Received for Serial Application on Hyper terminal versions are diffrent
that’s why it show like this…
