Set HKLM->Drivers->Display->Apalis->Secondary Add
work eBoot Set.ss Setting Edit

Setting 1 (Boot Ok, Setting Ok)
Monitor1 800x480(MAIN, RGB)
Monitor2 1920x1080(SUB, HDMI)

Setting 2 (Boot Not OK, Fail)
Monitor1 1920x1080(MAIN, HDMI)
Monitor2 800x480(SUB, RGB)

Question Main Display is Only RGB possible?

Bootloader does not support multiple screens, you can enable only one display.
They you have to set:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Display\Apalis]
“UseSplashSettings”=dword:0
to enable a different configuration in the operating system.
With this configuration the system will show splash screen on one display during boot and then activate both screens as soon as Windows CE is running.
