Tried installing visual studio 2013 with SDK for WEC2013 but after installing both of those plus the Application Builder Add-on without any error messages but it still doesn’t display the template as intended

is the error that comes up
“impossible to open the installation packet. verify the packet is present and you have the access right or contact the application’s maker to verify the windows packet is valid”

Could you share VS2013 update version and Windows 10 update version details as like attached one : link text
Also, Please search Toradex_CE800 keyword in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0 directory and share the results with us as like attached one.
