I cannot see anything on 10.1 display

hi everone,

i bought ixora carrier board, apalis imx8 module and 10.1 touch display. i connected display on carrier board and run ixora board. But, i cannot see anyting on display. could you please help me about this?

Could you provide the version of the Hardware ( including carrier board) of your module?

Could you install a Bsp 3.0.4 using Toradex Easy Installer on the SoM and check if you see anything on the display?

carrier board: ixora v1.1A
display: capacitive touch 10.1 inch
u-boot: U-Boot 2018.03-toradex_imx_v2018.03_4.14.78_1.0.0_ga-bringup+gc0ff506c39
kernel: Linux Kernel 4.14.159-2.0.4+gfff496c2a1bd

i tried to install Bsp 3.0.4 image. But i could not be successful. Because Toradex Easy Installer not working, not displaying. The 10.1 inch display and monitor connected to ixora carrier board correctly. unfortunately Toradex easy installer did not display on any device. Could you please help me how can i display toradex easy installer screen?
