Can I use Toradex 5.x kernel in iMX7 1GB eMMC

Hi,
Can I use below kernel with imx7d 1Gb eMMC SOM?
repo init -u Index of /toradex-manifest.git -b dunfell-5.x.y -m tdxref/default.xml

if yes,

  1. which gcc version shall i use to compile device tree?
  2. Where can I find meta-toradex-demos/recipes-images/images/tdx-extra.inc file
