BSP 5.1 IMX8 RT-Performance

Your last newsletter mentioned improvements on the RT-Performance, so I went ahead and tried it on a Apalis IM8 running the latest DISTRO=“tdx-xwayland-rt” (Linux apalis-imx8 5.4.77-rt43-5.1.0-devel+git.a2f08dfd79ae #1 SMP PREEMPT_RT Mon Dec 28 16:05:41 UTC 2020 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux ).

RT-performance is still bad. Do you have any plans on improving this in the near future or any hints, what we could try to improve it ourselves?

Hi @m.sauer, do you set the CPU to the maximum frequency?

echo performance > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
