Console doesn't work

hello experts

I bought colibri IMX6ULL 256MB (06397093) and colibri IMX6ULL 512MB WB IT and a carrier board

With IMX6ULL 51MB I Installed OS and it works well ( I installed OS and root filesystem by VNC with wired network)
But in colibri IMX6ULL 256MB (06397093) board I failed
The board boots up Toradex Easy installer and it showed boot messags but won’t get a console command ,
It looks like only UART-A TX output works

What should I check for this matter ?

Since Toradex Easy Installer boots on your Colibri iMX6ULL, are you able to install any image from there, either by using VNC or an external display? You shouldn’t need to access the debug console for this process.
