High-performance bike embedding a high-performance cluster
The high-performance electric motorcycle’s instrument panel cluster is built with the Apalis System on Module. The powerful GPU on the Apalis allows the beautiful, fluid GUI to run on high-resolution screens, such as the 7” capacitive touchscreen display. The UI is also powered by the Qt framework, providing performance and simple integration.
Designed to enhance the rider's connectivity to their motorcycle, with less audio and vibration coming from the motor; we designed our interface to best display direct feedback to the rider.
Toradex Apalis iMX8 QuadPlus is home to an edge computing platform, offering real-time analytics and over-the-air updates as well as taking care of customizable ride mode controls and UI interface. Also, the Toradex Apalis is a perfect fit for the challenging environment of a superbike, dealing well with the environmental stress, temperature, and vibration.
