2.8b5 Embedded Linux BSPs for Apalis and Colibri modules

We are pleased to announce the 2.8b5 release of Embedded Linux® BSPs for Apalis and Colibri modules.
Key features/bug fixes in this release include:
- Upgrade to NXP® userspace and kernel release imx_4.9.123_2.3.0_ga
- Capacitive Touch not working reliably
- Linux kernel freeze if M4 firmware previously started from within U-Boot
- Ethernet PHY may be stuck in an unknown state doing ifdown/ifup
- Back feeding on Ethernet PHY rail when IP link is set down
- Colibri iMX6ULL 512MB Wi-Fi / Bluetooth IT not resuming from suspend
