V1.3 Windows Embedded Compact image and BSPs for iMX6 modules

We are pleased to announce the Windows Embedded Compact 7 & 2013 BSP and image, V1.3 release for Apalis iMX6 and Colibri iMX6 modules.
This is a stable release with only a few bug fixes compared to the last 1.3b4 image.
