Key features/bug fixes in this release include:

• Upgrade to NXP^® userspace and kernel release imx_4.9.123_2.3.0_ga
• Capacitive Touch not working reliably
• Linux kernel freeze if M4 firmware previously started from within U-Boot
• Ethernet PHY may be stuck in an unknown state doing ifdown/ifup
• Back feeding on Ethernet PHY rail when IP link is set down
• Colibri iMX6ULL 512MB Wi-Fi / Bluetooth IT not resuming from suspend
