Windows Embedded Compact 1.5b4 image and BSPs for iMX6 modules

We are pleased to announce the Windows Embedded Compact 7 & 2013 image and BSPs, 1.5b4 release for Apalis iMX6 and Colibri iMX6 modules.
Key features/bug fixes in this release include:
- All updates up to 1.5b2*
- Fixed issue that prevents the OS from using all the memory on the module
*Note: If you have downloaded 1.5b2, we recommend that you update to 1.5b4 ASAP.
