V1.0 Windows Embedded Compact 7 & 2013 image and BSPs for iMX7 modules

We are pleased to announce the Windows Embedded Compact 7 & 2013 BSP and image, V1.0 release for Colibri iMX7 modules.
Few key updates in this release are:
- This release includes all the fixes up to 1.0
- Mounting USB Mass Storage is now faster
- OS Image now also includes splash screen
- Included Microsoft updates:
- WEC7 updates until June 2017
- WEC2013 updates until August 2017
