V1.2b4 Windows CE image and BSPs for iMX6 modules

We are pleased to announce the Windows Embedded Compact 7 & 2013 BSP and image, V1.2b4 release for Apalis iMX6 and Colibri iMX6 modules.
Few key updates in this release are:
- support for HDMI/DVI output
- support for dual display
- improved performances of ethernet driver
- video playback for avi and wmv files
- various bug fixes
