How to Order
- Get Started: Carefully read this description of our Ordering Process before placing an order.
- Location: First select your Location in the upper right corner of this webpage. This will determine the warehouse from where you will be served and the currency in which you will be invoiced. Toradex does not work with distributors and sells to Business Customers only. We operate warehouses in Seattle (USA), Gottmadingen (Germany), Horw (Switzerland), Bangalore (India) and Shanghai (China).
- Shopping Cart: You can buy our products and services exclusively through Toradex and our Webshop. Select the products you wish to purchase throughout our product pages or go direct to the Order Now page. Once you have finished your selection you can view your current order in the Shopping Cart. Here you can also modify order quantities, simply click the ‘Update Cart’ button to confirm the changes. Once you are satisfied with your order click the ‘Checkout’ button. If you this is your first visit to our site, you can enter new login details. If you have already completed the sign up process you can login with your existing details.
- Shipped Wordwide: Your goods will be Shipped Worldwide within 4 working days by express courier.
- Shipping Insurance: The Incoterms 2010 will be DAP, Shipping Insurance is thus included, except for the three destination countries Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, for which the Incoterm FCA does apply.
- Terms & Conditions: Once you have entered your details and have agreed to Toradex' General Terms and Conditions, you can then review your order. If you are satisfied and all details are correct, click ‘Submit Order’.
- Delivery Dates: Your order will then be processed by our webshop team, after which you will receive an Order Confirmation and Prepayment Request on you will find payment details and the Delivery Dates.
- Payment: Please pay the prepayment request via bank/wire transfer. For smaller amounts, we may accept payment by credit card via PayPal (you do not require a PayPal account to use this method). Once your payment has arrived on our bank account, Toradex confirms the arrival of your payment by E-Mail Payment Receipt. If you have purchased Support Hours, you can now use your order number and contact our Support Team with your requests.
Finally, you will receive an Email with your tracking number, once your products have left our warehouse along with the Commercial Invoice, Delivery Note, E-Mail Delivery Tracking.

Check our current webshop stock situation online on the product selection page or send an email request. Please note that the indicated stock amounts are only updated once per day. Thus, the indicated numbers do not reflect stock changes during the course of the day.
Customers who have framework delivery contracts in place are not served from the webshop stock. If you wish to set up a framework delivery contract with pre-determined delivery amounts and dates please contact our sales team.

All Toradex products are RoHS conform according to the EU 2002/95/EC directive.
