V1.3b2 Windows Embedded Compact image and BSPs for iMX6 modules

We are pleased to announce the Windows Embedded Compact 7 & 2013 BSP and image, V1.3b2 release for Apalis iMX6 and Colibri iMX6 modules.
List of key features/bug fixes in this release are:
- Support for reading/writing config block parameters via IOCTL (allows usage of Config Block Editor)
- Support for camera interface (plugins for Analog Camera Adapter and OV5640 parallel interface)
