Ready-to-run Touch-it CE Pico-ITX Embedded Kit powered by Toradex Computer on Module

Nürnberg, Germany – February 26th, 2014 Toradex is pleased to announce their partnership with Christ-Elektronik GmbH, a subsidiary of Otto Christ AG, specializing in Panel PCs, Touch Panels, measuring devices and special electronic devices for Car Wash Systems. Toradex’ collaboration with Christ-Elektronik has yielded an innovative and easy-to-use Embedded Systems Kit powered by a Toradex Colibri T20 module based on NVIDIA® Tegra 2, ARM® Cortex-A9.

The Touch-it CE Pico-ITX kit offers touch solutions that can be easily integrated into an existing system targeted for various applications such as Industrial Automation, Home Automation, Medical, HMIs, Digital Signage, Automotive and much more. The package contains Display, Touch, Touch extension, LVDS Cable, Pico-ITX board and Colibri Module with Codesys software and thus offering engineers a comprehensive ready-to-use Embedded Systems Kit. Christ-Elektronik also provides Visbee, a platform independent visualization software along with this kit, which developers can use to create applications in their usual development environment. The kit is available in combination with 7”, 10.4” and 15” displays.
